Not-So Hidden Additional Charges

$50 Pet Charge, per pet (upon prior approval by The Aunties, no more than 2 pets will be approved)

$2/day additional parking passes

$100+ laundry service (we book with a laundry service, please connect with The Aunties to make arrangements.

• Most guests opt to bring their own linens (sheets, towels, beach towels and kitchen towels), avoiding the laundry surcharge.

The Process

1. Check Availability 

2. Email Carolyn Lewis CLewis48@sbcglobal.net or Kari Lofing KariLofing@gmail.com to request dates and confirm availability.

3. Upon confirmation of availability by Carolyn or Kari, remit deposit to Carolyn. Mailing address or bank transfer details will be provided via email. Your usage will be held temporarily until deposit check is received. If deposit is not received, your spot may be canceled. 

   1. Deposit = 50% of the total fees charged for booking.

4. Two weeks prior to arrival, mail check covering the balance to Carolyn. 

(If staying September-May, include cleaning fee)

Cancelations 

We understand that, at times, plans need to change in these changing times. We will do our best to be accommodating within the following parameters: 

• 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 

• 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. 

• Cancelations less than 14 days from your reservation will only be refunded, if we are able to book alternate guests.
